Dogs 4 Walks, is owned and operated by experienced dog owners and animal lovers Debbie and her husband Philip. With their passion for dogs & cats led them to form Dogs 4 Walks dog walking & pet sitting service.
Philip is originally from Switzerland and has always had German Shepherds, along with his father he help to trained their dogs for the Swiss mountain search & rescue team. Dogs have always played a huge part in his life.
Philip has also had the privilege to experience 6 months of dog sleighing in Canada, not only did he have to cope with the extreme weather conditions but also have the ability to look after and care for his dogs, which I'm sure if you ask him about it he would be happy to talk to you for hours...!.
Philip has always had a passion & admiration for dogs, with his training background he is happy to give advice and offer his help.
Debbie has worked closely with animals and has experience working as a veterinary nurse and in a cattery, as a young girl she always wanted to work with animals, having grown up with four dogs, cats, budgie and rabbits all infused her passion even more. Pictured above on a trip to
"We both have years of experience looking after animals and understand what it is like to have a puppy to an elderly dog and how much love and affection they give to us, I think it's only right that we give it back to them making sure that they live a happy and full life. Every dog should be walked at least once a day preferably twice a day, not only do they get the exercise that they need but also the enjoyment of being out and about meeting other dogs and other people.
We both believe getting any animal is a huge commitment it's just like having Children, we also understand how difficult it is to go on holiday or even away for the weekend and the nightmare of asking someone to look after them, as part of our service we can look after your cat or smaller animals in their own home where they feel happy and safe, which not takes away the stress for them but also from you."
